This policy explains how Averix Trading LLC (averixtradingllc.com/) delivers orders within Pakistan. Averix Trading LLC ships from Vehari, Punjab, and is owned by Majid Islam.
1. Where We Deliver
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — all major cities and towns served by our courier partners, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad and Sialkot.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your city. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat rate: PKR 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000.
- The shipping charge (if any) is always shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders across Pakistan. Please keep the order amount ready and check your parcel in the courier’s presence where possible.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, the courier will share tracking by SMS, and we will also send your tracking details by WhatsApp or email on request. If tracking has not updated within 3 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will follow up with the courier for you.
6. Delays and Failed Deliveries
Delivery can occasionally be delayed by weather, strikes, courier backlogs or events beyond our control; if a significant delay occurs we will let you know. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or no one was available after the courier’s attempts, we will contact you to rearrange delivery; a second delivery attempt fee may apply for incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.
